How Sentinel Revenue Max Works

You’re accountable for the financial performance of every jet in your fleet. Aircraft owners want returns. Fixed costs don’t negotiate. And the market isn’t getting any easier.

Sentinel Revenue Max

Full-Service Sales. Zero Risk.

Sentinel Icon Large

Sentinel Revenue Max is a full-service, AI-enabled charter sales operation that works shoulder to shoulder with your operations team every day — hunting for demand, quoting at computer speed, closing with real people, and pricing every trip for maximum profitability. We’re accountable for results the same way you are — you pay nothing unless we perform.

Here’s exactly how we do it.

Built for Operators, by Operators.

Before we were Sentinel, we were in your shoes. If you’re managing jets on behalf of owners — or running your own fleet — you know the pressure we’re talking about. Your own margins are thinner than you’d like. Owners want stronger returns. And every month that closes below their expectations is a conversation you’d rather not have.

Sentinel Revenue Max was built for operators who are ready to change that conversation. We become your primary sales operation — handling the full cycle of demand creation, quoting, follow up and pricing every day. Sentinel makes the money show up so you can concentrate on the relationships that matter most — your clients, your team, and the aircraft owners counting on you to perform.

How We Deliver Results — Every Day.

Sentinel Revenue Max isn’t a tool you log into. It’s a sales operation that runs on your behalf every day of the week — powered by technology, driven by data, and backed by real people who know how to close. Here’s how the engine works:

We Create Demand.

Most charter sales teams sit and wait for trip requests to show up. We don’t. Sentinel actively hunts for demand across broker networks, direct marketing channels, and demand platforms — bringing in hundreds of qualified trip requests every day that you’d never see through a traditional approach.

More opportunities in the funnel means more trips on your schedule.

We Quote at Cyber Speed.

Every opportunity gets evaluated instantly by our AI — and those worth pursuing get a fully prepared, You-branded quote out the door faster than any human sales team can respond.

Your name is on the quote. Your brand is in front of the client. You get the credit. We do the grind.

Real People Close the Deal.

Speed gets you in the door. People close the deal.

Our sales team — many of them aviation industry veterans with years of charter sales experience — follow up on every viable quote and work it through to a booking.

No stale quotes sitting in an inbox. No opportunities quietly dying without an attempt to close.

We Price to Win and to Profit.

Every quote is priced using our dynamic revenue management engine — adjusting in real time based on market demand, customer behavior, and dozens of other variables.

The objective is simple: get the maximum price the market will bear without letting schedule space go unsold. High when it should be. Lower when it has to be. Always optimized.

Getting Started is Easier Than You Think.

Most operators assume switching to a new sales approach means months of disruption, a steep learning curve, and a lot of work on their end. It doesn’t.

Here’s what getting started with Sentinel actually looks like:
  • Step 1: We shake hands. You sign a simple one year agreement and we get to work. No retainer. No upfront costs. Nothing changes in your operation yet.
  • Step 2: We have a conversation. Your dedicated Account Executive sits down with you to understand your fleet, your schedule, and your direct operating costs. We ask about direct operating costs for one reason — we never want to book a trip that costs you money to fly. Your AE guides the entire conversation — there’s no form to fill out, no data dump required.
  • Step 3: Your team gets up to speed. We train your team on the Sentinel platform so they know exactly what’s happening with your sales effort and how to use the operational tools available to them. They’re not left behind — they’re brought along.
  • Step 4: We handle everything else. System setup, configuration, integration — all on us. Most operators are seeing Sentinel quotes in market within 5 to 10 business days of signing.

If we don’t deliver results within 60 days, we part ways — no hard feelings, no ongoing costs. We only make money when you do. That’s not an accident.

One Dashboard. The Whole Picture.

Most operators are running their sales and operations from a tangled mess of scheduling systems, spreadsheets and hip pocket information that never seems to get the right information to the right people at the right time. Sales doesn’t know what ops is planning. Ops doesn’t know what sales is booking. Everyone is reacting and fire-fighting, instead of planning for growth and managing for profit.

Sentinel changes that.

When you run with Sentinel, you get a single integrated view of your entire operation — sales performance, operational metrics, and forward looking market information, all in one place. Accessible from any device, anywhere you have an internet connection, with robust customization capability to help you get the info you need when you need it.

For the CEO

The numbers that matter most are front and center, with more detailed information just a click or two away. It’s all visualized to help you immediately see performance and spot opportunities before they fly out the window:

  • Sales Performance
  • Profitability by company, by fleet, and by jet
  • Progress toward your revenue & profit targets

For the Director of Operations

The picture is just as clear and always instantly available:

  • Maintenance, Crew and Full Mission Capable rates
  • Fleet and individual jet utilization
  • Fuel burn statistics
  • Pilot duty, rest & flight times

Sentinel gives everyone on your team the visibility they need to get the job done and the trend information they need to spot issues before they become problems.

Sentinel helps you see where you’ve been, and plan for the road ahead.

Sentinel is the only solution that clearly shows you both what happened and what’s coming in the future. We share forward looking market demand to help you understand how future business conditions compare to normal levels. We use this information as we sell for you to help you make more money. Your staff can use it to pre-position your jets and maintenance resources to the right places before demand arrives. Major airlines have used these strategies to improve profits for decades. Sentinel finally makes it available to your team, so you can concentrate on growing and have the cash on hand to do it.

When sales and operations are finally working off the same sheet of music and planning for the future, revenues rise, profits pile up and you pull ahead of the competition.

The Sentinel Ecosystem. Built to Grow With You.

Sentinel Revenue Max is the core of what we do — but it doesn’t operate in isolation. When you partner with Sentinel, you get access to a suite of tools designed to run every critical aspect of your operation, from sales to scheduling to operational recovery.

Sentinel Revenue Max.

The full service, AI-enabled charter sales operation that works on your behalf every day. Demand creation, cyber speed quoting, real people closing deals, and dynamic revenue management — all on a performance basis. You only pay us for what we sell.

Sentinel Optimus. (Free. Seriously!)

Every Revenue Max partner gets Sentinel Ops included at no additional cost. Sentinel Ops is a full operations management system that replaces your current scheduling software — saving most operators around $6,000 per jet per year in software costs alone.

We include it for a simple reason: our sales engine works best when sales and operations are running off the same data. When we can see your schedule in real time, we quote smarter, price better and fill more of your available days.

Not ready for Revenue Max yet?

Sentinel Optimus is available free to qualified operators as a standalone product. It’s our way of getting to know each other.

Sentinel Optimus

For Operators Ready to Dominate.

When you’re running with Revenue Max and your schedule is filling up, new operational challenges emerge. More flights means more complexity — and complexity is where profits go to die if you’re not managing it well.

Sentinel Optimus adds two powerful capabilities to your operation:

  • Schedule Optimization — Optimization that helps you build or revise your schedule to minimize costs like reposition flights and maximize opportunity. Optimus creates the most profitable schedule given your fleet, crew and market demand.
  • Operational Disruption Recovery — When a jet goes AOG for mechanical issues, weather or crew incapacitation, Optimus instantly shows you how to re-arrange client flights while staying within regulatory requirements and your company’s service commitments to clients. You see immediately which trips can be saved and how — so you spend less time in crisis mode and more time taking care of clients.

Optimus is available as a separate subscription for Revenue Max partners who are ready to take operational performance to the next level.

The Sentinel Guarantee

We Perform or We Go Away.

We mean it when we say you pay nothing unless we perform. But we want to be specific about what that means.

When you start with Sentinel, we establish a baseline from your past sales performance. That’s the number we’re measured against. If we can’t make it better, we go away. No drama, no lengthy wind down, no ongoing costs.

And here’s what you’re not risking during those 60 days:

  • No technology switching costs. You don’t have to move to Sentinel Ops during the trial period. Keep running your existing systems. We’ll handle the work of keeping your schedules in sync — a dedicated Sentinel team member takes that on so you don’t have to.
  • No organizational disruption. If you have a sales team in place, keep them. We work alongside your existing operation — think of it like adding a really good salesperson who works only on commission. No one gets re-roled or let go until you’re convinced it’s the right move.
  • No financial exposure. We perform or we go away.

Here’s how the 60 days actually works:

We don’t believe in surprises. Your dedicated Account Executive checks in at day 14, day 30 and day 45 — so both sides always know exactly where things stand. If something isn’t working, we find out together early enough to fix it. If it’s clear by day 45 that it isn’t going to work out, nobody gets ambushed at day 60.

We’ll also be honest about something most vendors would never say: we reserve the right to end the relationship too. Sentinel works best when our operators can execute the trips we sell. If operational issues are consistently getting in the way of performance, we’ll have that conversation openly — and if we can’t solve it together, we’ll part ways professionally.

Once you’re convinced — and most operators are — we’ll work with you to transition to Sentinel Ops and help your team find their footing in their new roles. The manual work we absorbed during the trial moves into the system, your team refocuses on higher value work, and the operation shifts into a higher gear.

No vendor who wasn’t completely confident in their product would offer terms like these. We are. And we’ll prove it in 60 days.
