Travelers or brokers send a request to an operator, and the operator’s sales/scheduling department tries to figure out if there’s something available, and how much they should charge for it. It’s pretty common for responses to take as long as a few hours or even a day to get back to the traveler.

It doesn’t have to take that long!

People, including private jet travelers, have come to expect they can buy what they need almost instantly. In today’s fast paced market, even a few minutes can be the difference between watching your competitors win another trip, or booking it yourself.
